was started in 2001 by an RN , a board certified case manager with insurance license as well as many years of health care, insurance services , and software industry expertise who witnessed the need for patient advocacy growing for consumers. She knew that we needed a real voice to translate care issues, and to hold the the health system accountable to the the patients at their greatest time of need, when sick or dying.

The result of all these chaotic changes is an administratively complex health system
where even individual MD's and clinicians can not confidently treat their patients without worrying about payment or quality of care issues.
These forces have converged to create a system of disparities regarding access to service and benefits for Americans in every sector of our society.

We have instituted a sliding fee scale to
help in these difficult economic times
and will be expanding our services for the greater good by
establishing a not for profit arm to our services in 2009.
